Cancellation Policy

Your privacy is important to me. This policy outlines how I handle and protect any personal information you share during our sessions and beyond. 1. Confidentiality of Sessions Anything you share during our calls, sessions, or written communication remains 100% confidential. I will never disclose your personal experiences, challenges, or insights to anyone unless: You give explicit written consent for me to share something. I am legally required to do so (e.g., safeguarding concerns). 2. Protection of Personal Data Any personal data you provide is stored securely and used only for: - Scheduling and delivering your sessions. - Sending you resources, updates, and insights (only if you’ve opted in). 3. Emails & Communication If you opt in to receive follow-up emails, they will contain insights, resources, and guidance relevant to your journey. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email. 4. Data Retention & Deletion Your data is stored securely and only kept for as long as needed for coaching purposes. If you would like your personal information removed from my records, simply send an email to sulsunhumandesign, and I will delete it upon request. 5. Updates to This Policy This privacy policy may be updated from time to time to ensure full compliance with legal and ethical standards. Booking Confirmation: Your session is confirmed once payment is received. You’ll get an email with all the details. 7. Rescheduling: Life happens! You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance, depending on availability. 8.Cancellations & Refunds: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before, 50% of your payment will be returned as that time has been reserved for you. 9.No-Show Policy: If you don’t attend your session and haven’t reached out, the session is considered forfeited and won’t be refunded or rescheduled. 10.Running Late?
