I never planned to become an entrepreneur. I wasn’t one of those kids selling bracelets at school or dreaming of running a company. I just wanted to be okay. With my body. With food. With myself.

And one day, in the middle of trying yet another wellness trend, I booked a hypnosis session for healthy eating habits. Not because I believed in it. Not because I thought it would work. Just because I was tired. Tired of feeling like I had to control everything—especially my eating.

What happened in that session shifted something so deep, I didn’t even have words for it at the time.

We worked on my eating behavior, yes. But underneath that, we uncovered something else entirely: a core belief that I wasn’t safe.

That belief was the root. The tight grip I had on food was never about calories or willpower. It was about control. It was about trying to feel safe in a world that never taught me how to trust myself. And when that belief loosened—even just a little—everything else began to shift.

Because when I started feeling safe within, I no longer needed to seek safety without.

I stopped micromanaging my meals. I stopped trying to control every part of my life. I felt a new kind of freedom, and with it… the courage to actually go after what I wanted. To launch my own business. To move countries. To stop chasing the illusion of external security—and instead create a life that felt truly mine.

That was the beginning. And it started with a hypnosis session.


HOW DOES HYPNOSIS WORK?

Let’s clear something up: hypnosis is not about someone taking over your mind. It’s not mind control. It’s not about losing awareness. In fact, you’re more aware than ever.

Hypnosis works by guiding your brain into a natural, altered state of consciousness—what’s known as the thetabrainwave state. It’s the same state you pass through just before falling asleep or waking up. In this relaxed, focused condition, your conscious mind quiets down—and your subconscious mind becomes more receptive.

Why is that powerful? Because your subconscious is where 95% of your habits, emotional reactions, and core beliefs live. It’s the part of your mind that stores all your lived experiences—especially the ones you didn’t fully process at the time. And it’s running the show, even when your conscious mind disagrees.

For example: you might know food isn’t dangerous. But if your subconscious believes that not being in control means you're not safe, it will override logic every time. It will do whatever it takes to maintain control—even if it hurts you in the process.
